TRX
Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. This is an excellent conditioning class for any level of fitness.
Bodyburn
Body Burn is a class designed to see noticeable results in a short period of time. The class consists of high intensity workout routines incorporating a studio barbell and plyometric exercises to give you a great combination for building and defining muscle. This fast-paced, effective shock to the system will break even the toughest clients out of any fitness rut ,classes are built on a strength and conditioning model.
Bodypump
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Bodypump gives you a total body workout. We will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Boxfit
Boxfit is a high intensity class which uses boxing gloves, mits and bags. The class involves a lot of cardio and is excellent for upper body conditioning. Suitable for any level of fitness it is a fantastic way of reducing stress and any anger you might hold onto.
Bootcamp
Bootcamp classes combine a number of different exercises using kettlebells, TRX , barbells and bodyweight exercises. This high intensity circuit class is designed to give you a full body workout without spending hours with the same muscle group. This is an excellent class to help increase your cardio and muscular endurance levels.
Kettlebells
The kettlebell is a cast-iron or cast steel weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. They are also one of the main pieces of equipment used in the weight lifting and strength and conditioning classes. Kettlebells are an excellent tool in any programme as there is such a wide variety of exercises to suit every goal.
Hyperpump
Hyperpump is a circuit style class of medium intensity developed to give you a full body workout or a ‘pump'. The class uses only machines and some free weights to give you a comfortable workout while hitting all of your major muscle groups, this is an ideal class for somebody looking to increase muscle mass and reduce bodyfat.
Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning is an excellent class set up to build muscle and incinerate bodyfat. This high endurance class uses all 4 compound movements - squat, bench press, deadlift and military press. Combining this with prowlers, battling ropes and high intensity plyometric exercises this class is not for beginners.
Personal Training
Our Personal Training is designed to ensure that you get a personalised workout plan including advice on nutrition. During your training we will identify your goals and measure and weigh you at intervals to show you the changes occurring in your physique.
