If you are a new or existing client we offer a pay weekly option in order to allow you to train week on , week off. So if you only want to do 2 weeks in a month we want to cater for your needs and at the same time you get to watch your pocket.

For only 40 Euro per week , you will get 3 group personal training sessions available to book through our online system or using the app.

We all lead busy lives and the pay weekly option caters for those that need that bit of extra flexibility around their training. 

  • If you are a new client, this is a great way to gauge your level of fitness and allow you us to tailor what package might suit you best.
  • If you are on a budget this might be the best way to kick start your training, without any commitment to a monthly package.
  • For existing clients that want to get back into it, you can commit to a week to get yourself ready for a bigger commitment, or continue doing weekly training sessions when it suits.
